Step 1. Thoroughly brush through hair and comb straight back.
Step 2. Gather top layer of hair and brush through.
Step 3; separate top layer of hair into two sections.
Step 4. Begin by taking outer part of one section of hair ( in picture, model has chosen right side to begin) and carefully pulling over to opposite section of hair towards the inner area.
Step 5. Repeat with side of hair opposing the side you completed in step four.
Step 6. Continue pulling hair over from side to side until the parade is completed.
Step 7. Tie off with hair tie or rubber band.
**EXTRA TIP** Be sure to not take too large of portions of hair so that the braid does not appear to be a regularly braided hairstyle.
