Easy Twist Bun Tutorial
1. Start with hair down and parted to the side (I curled the hair to add some nice soft volume and hold for the updo).
2. Curl small pieces around the face, curling them away from the face, catching them and pinning them in place to cool. This gives them a very bouncy curl that you will use later.
3. Repeat step 3 three times on each side of the part.
4. Secure the rest of the hair into a low side ponytail not including the pinned curls.
5. Using your preferred bun method, create a bun with the hair you have secured in a ponytail (I used the Sarah Potempa wrap up bun, which I love).
6. Un-pin the hair around the face and lightly brush it to create a single curl and twist lightly keeping the shape of the curl.
7. Lay the twist across the bun and secure using a bobby pin.
8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for the other side.
