Section hair into three parts. Create sections 1 and 2 by parting your hair from the upper right side to the lower left side.

The bottom half will be Section 3 and the top half will be Section 2. Take a small portion on the top of Section 2 to create Section 1

Separate section 1 into 3 sections and begin doing the french braid.

When you get to the other side of your had and used the hair from Section 2, simply begin pulling Section 3 strands into your French Braid. This will begin to zig-zag it
