DIY Natural Hairspray

Homemade Hairspray - Simple & Natural
If you have really thick and curly hair, then you probably use a good amount of hairspray.

You would be surprised if you knew the amount of chemicals used in common store bought hairsprays that are actually harmful for you.

Most of these chemicals dry out your hair causing it to look dull and lifeless.

Did you know you can make your own hairspray? What!? Really? Yes! It’s true.

There’s no need to spend money on expensive sprays when there is a natural solution.

This simple, inexpensive hairspray using natural ingredients, is great for detangling knots, minimizing hair fall, and keeps your hair looking gorgeous!

Chemical-Free Hairspray

Ingredients:
1 cup Filtered Water
3 tsp. Sugar
5 drops Lavender Essential Oil
3 drops Geranium Essential Oil
3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Use a small misting bottle to store your spray in as it is easier to apply to your hair.

In a sauce pan, add water and sugar and bring to a boil until the sugar has fully dissolved.

Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Add your essential oils and pour mixture into your spray bottle.

Spray on hair and style as needed. Store up to two weeks before discarding and making a new batch.
