Removing the buildup from cheap products is a real pain, especially for those of you with naturally curly hair.

Exfoliating is very important for allowing your scalp to breath and for your hair to retain moisture.

Too much buildup can affect the health of your hair and scalp, causing your hair to become dull & brittle causing breakage.

What You’ll Need:
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp. Ground Oats (optional)
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Almond Oil
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Aloe Vera Gel

What to Do:
Combine the ingredients together until thick and a paste-like consistency.

Your hair will need to be damp before you apply the mixture. Apply directly to the scalp and evenly distribute it throughout the hair.

Massage the scalp using for fingertips for about 2 minutes.

To easily work the mixture through your hair, use a wide tooth comb.

After about 5 minutes, remove as much of the mixture as you can and throw it away.

Rinse your hair using lukewarm water and you can shampoo and condition your hair one time for good measure.
